Satisfaction Guarantee: I take pride in the quality of my jewelry, every item is handcrafted and should meet your satisfaction.  If you receive a defective item or an item breaks because of handcrafting defect, I will repair or replace item at no charge.  Items damaged because of misuse can be repaired for a fee.  Any earring can be duplicated if one is lost.
